Determine What Needs to Change

After establishing the case for change through the scorecard and urgency assessment, your company needs to determine what to change.  The Good Jobs Institute has developed a diagnostic tool that will assess your company against the five elements of the Good Jobs Strategy and your company’s own values.

An 86-question comprehensive survey that lets you identify which elements of the Good Jobs Strategy your organization is currently practicing and where there is opportunity for improvement. It is intended for CEOs, senior executives, and front line managers. Ideally this assessment should be done individually and then discussed in a group.
